Bank-Issued Cashier's Check
AcceptedMust be issued by a bank or credit union and eligible for mobile deposit. Include your unit number on the memo line.
USPS Money Order
AcceptedUnited States Postal Service money orders only. Must be mobile-depositable. Include unit number in memo.
Cash (In-Person Only)
In-PersonAccepted in person on the 1st of the month at 6:00 PM. A receipt will be provided. No exceptions to the in-person requirement.
Not Accepted
The following payment types will be rejected and returned. Rent will remain unpaid until a valid payment is received.
Personal Checks
Personal checks are not accepted under any circumstances.
Walmart / Moneygram Money Orders
Retail money orders (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, MoneyGram, Western Union, etc.) are not accepted.
Venmo / Cash App / PayPal
Third-party peer-to-peer apps are not accepted as rent payment.
Anything that cannot be mobile deposited
If a payment instrument cannot be deposited via a bank's mobile app, it will be returned and rent will be considered unpaid.
Important Payment Policy Disclaimer
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A grace period applies through the 5th. Late fees begin on the 6th.
- Only payment instruments that can be mobile deposited by a U.S. bank are accepted. If your payment cannot be deposited via a bank's mobile app, it will be rejected.
- No personal checks. Personal checks will not be accepted regardless of the amount or circumstances.
- Rejected payments do not constitute timely payment. Rent will be considered unpaid until a valid payment is received.
- Always include your unit number in the memo/note field of any payment.
